Who we’re looking for
We’re interested in experienced commercial people who have carried real responsibility. Typically, you’ll have:
- owned a P&L
- led sizeable teams
- delivered growth, turnaround or transformation
- worked closely with SME owners or boards
- built strong commercial relationships
You may already be an independent consultant. You may be leaving corporate life. You may have built a successful career in banking, finance, sales, operations or general management and want to use that experience differently. What matters most is that you genuinely enjoy helping businesses succeed.
