Phil supports Tinderbox's growth as talent partner, leading search and onboarding across the practice with a focus on partner-level roles, including regional equity partners.

He brings 15 years' experience as a sales, marketing and GTM consultant, having run his own practice working with businesses from early-stage SaaS through to established firms across the UK and US, building revenue engines from scratch: sales teams, CRM architecture, outreach systems, forecasting and playbooks.

Phil began his talent career at Michael Page, where he was a senior consultant and has spent the past 15 years headhunting in the commercial and GTM space worldwide: 20 years in talent and resourcing in total.
